Cititec Systems was founded in 1999 by Arty Richetti (Managing Director), with the objective of supporting the IT requirements of small to medium sized businesses. Our high standard of work and commitment to our customers has seen us grow into a trusted and well respected IT services provider amongst our many clients and peers.
What was once a one-man-show has evolved into a multi-faceted professional IT services company which focuses on the personal side of IT; quick resolution of issues, easy to use technologies, projects explained in plain English and a dedicated helpdesk team ready to assist you and your staff with technical queries of any nature or magnitude.

Our staff boast a range of industry qualifications including Microsoft MCPS (Microsoft Certified Professional), CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate; Routing & Switching, Voice), CCENT (Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician), BAIS (Brocade Accredited Internetworking Specialist), ITIL, to name a few.
Tertiary qualifications include Doctoral Degree (Computing), Bachelor of Business (Information Systems, Hons.), Bachelor of Applied Science (Information Technology), Bachelor of Information Technology (Multimedia Technology).
Books are important, but so is experience. Combined, we have a culmination of over 60 years of IT industry practice!
Whilst all of our staff members have solid technical foundations, we emphasise the importance of communicating to our clients in a non-technical manner. We address business needs and requirements and do our very best to explain things in plain English (or perhaps you’d prefer Italian, Spanish, Greek or Russian?).
